Yesterday we talked about orange being a big fashion trend this Spring, however, orange is also trending in the beauty world! The vibrant orange lip has been spotted at many different runway shows, including some at New York Fashion Week. It’s also supposedly going to become the new "it" colour for award season pouts. Similar to the classic red lip, orange is a universal hue that can look good on everyone so long as you find the right orange for your skin tone. Keep the rest of your makeup neutral, you want the orange lip to be the focal point of your face.

Orange is a colour that is confident, powerful and vibrant. Orange suits all skin tones from pale to tan to dark. In order not to overdo it, choose nude or black accessories and neutral make-up.

Beauty Trend: Neon Pink Lips

The Spring beauty trend we have been loving recently is the neon pink lip! Neon is a trend that comes around every year, but it is a hard trend to make wearable. Neon lips are the perfect solution to this as neon pink is much more wearable on the lips than on the eyes or cheeks. The trick is to aim for a flawless natural base and keep the look fairly simple. We advise keeping any blush, bronzer or contouring to the minimal. Avoid wearing too much eyeshadow, and if you can't go bare, stick to just mascara and eyeliner. Bold brows are still big (literally) so make sure yours are nicely defined and groomed.
